She’s in my office again when I get there in the morning. She said she watches from the window. I told Sam, and now he teases me, but coming back to find her sitting in my office starts to make everything worth it. I don’t know when it happened, changed from being oddly disconcerting to being a comfort, but she’s standing in the doorway with a file and her patented smirk.

"Josh — your Joey Lucas suit?" Her smile strains.

"It’s my normal Tuesday suit," I grin, and I waggle my eyebrows to make her giggle.

It’s my Donna Moss suit.

Love and Politics (Jed/Abbey, G)

All she could do was stare at the home videos showing on CNN, videos she'd taken when life was simple, non-political. A doctor and an economics professor, three beautiful daughters — so when had the politicking started?

In that one, Jed was in Congress. In that, Governor, sitting on the mansion steps with little Zoey.

She could blame Leo for the campaign, Jed for the second term...

But then Jed read the expression on her face and rubbed her back as the footage rolled. "I wouldn't have done it any other way."

And, truthfully, neither would she. Noone was to blame.
